With 41 years of combined experience in the building industry, we have always been passionate about construction!

Jason, a Nashville native, has been a General Contractor since 2006.  He credits his Father for instilling a hard & honest work ethic in him and this is much of what drives him to this day.  You can often find Jason on your job site being very hands on as he does most of the excavating and loves to add special touches.  He won't admit it, but he's a great interior decorator!!

In 2015, Dayle moved to the area from Colorado where she had been in the building industry since 1999 doing Accounting & HR for custom home builders & contractors.  While Dayle loves a good spreadsheet, she also has a creative side and an eye for detail.  Transparency and integrity of utmost importance.

Helping build our community into a safe and happy place for you to call "home",  is our goal.  We have an extensive list of valued trades that are part of the Woodard Construction family and we couldn't do this without them!  Their expertise and quality craftsmanship are what help set us apart.

We have a variety of floor plans that we have on hand, however, if you have one you've been considering, we'd love to help make that become a reality.

Most importantly, transparency and integrity are at the core of our business and it's important for us to make sure you feel like part of the family.  As owners, we are extremely involved and hands on throughout the whole process and you will deal directly with us.  Our trades are local and we are happy to keep everyone working and supporting one another.  We really take pride in these things.
